"Yuan Ta Talent Scholarship for the 113th Academic Year" – Applications Welcome! Deadline: September 18, 113th Year (Wednesday) at 5 PM.

1. Submission Period: From now until September 18, 113th Year (Wednesday) at 5 PM.

2. Eligibility:
   - (1) Students enrolled in undergraduate or master's programs from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.
   - (2) Must have achieved an average academic score and conduct/behavior score of 80 or above in the previous academic year and have not received any disciplinary punishment.
   - (3) Must provide proof of financial hardship, such as low-income household certificate, middle-low income household certificate, tax exemption certificate, or emergency proof.
   - (4) Students who have received other scholarships for the current academic year are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
   - (5) If the school confirms that financial assistance is necessary, please include a recommendation letter from the school. (Applicants should seek a recommendation letter from a teacher themselves).
   - (6) Even if not meeting the second requirement, special cases with significant achievements may be considered for special rewards.

3. Application Method and Required Documents: Please submit the following documents in order to the School of Management Office (Zhixi Building, Room 608). The application materials will be uniformly mailed by the School of Management Office. The School can recommend one student from both the master’s program and the undergraduate program to the foundation for further review.
   - (1) Document submission checklist.
   - (2) Scholarship application form.
   - (3) Copy of the previous academic year’s transcript. (If grades are represented as levels, please provide a conversion table. For first-year undergraduates and master’s students, please include high school senior grades and senior undergraduate grades respectively).
   - (4) Personal autobiography.
   - (5) Recommendation letter from the school. (Students should ask a teacher to write a recommendation letter. For first-year undergraduates and master’s students, please include one recommendation letter from the "previous school" and one from "current school").
   - (6) Copy of student ID (front and back). (Must be stamped with the current academic year’s first-semester registration stamp; if the student ID does not have a registration stamp, please provide proof of enrollment).
   - (7) Copy of ID card (front and back).
   - (8) Proof of financial hardship, such as low-income household certificate, middle-low income household certificate, tax exemption certificate, emergency proof, or any document recognized by the foundation.
   - (9) Personal data protection privacy statement. (Signature required).
   - (10) Award acceptance declaration. (Signature required).

4. Quota and Amount:
   - (1) Undergraduate Group:
     1. The School can recommend 1 student. For the first-time award, each student receives NT$200,000; for the second-time award, NT$100,000; for the third-time award, NT$50,000.
     2. Each student can apply up to three times, with priority given to students who have not previously received this scholarship.
   - (2) Master's Program: The School can recommend 1 student, each receiving NT$200,000. Each student can apply once.
