School of Management AACSB 2024 Reaccreditation – Event Staff Recruitment



Recruitment Announcement:
- Recruitment Information: Seeking 30 event staff members for the AACSB 2024 Reaccreditation event.
- Event Theme: AACSB 2024 Reaccreditation.
- Event Description: AACSB is an international accreditation for business schools that emphasizes continuous improvement to enhance educational quality, boost industry-academia collaboration, and strengthen international connections.
- Event Duration: The AACSB 2024 Reaccreditation event will last for three months, starting in early August.
- Execution Stages:
  - September 5: Simulation visit
  - October 27-29: On-site evaluation

Compensation: 
- Hourly Rate: NT$200 (Includes labor and health insurance; meals provided for shifts longer than four hours).

Benefits: 
- Certificate of Service from the school of Management.

Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality
- Proficient in English (comfortable speaking English)
- Familiar with team collaboration
- Responsible and able to adhere to the event dates and training schedule
- Interest in international event planning
- Experience in organizing international exchange activities is a plus

Current Staffing Needs:
- Field Support: 12 positions (Document integration, on-site secretaries, receptionists, flexible staff, emcees)
- Internal Support Team 1: 8 positions (Venue setup, event control, props)
- Internal Support Team 2: 10 positions (Transportation, catering, finance)

Estimated Pre-Training Schedule: (Subject to change)
- Simulation Visit:
  - August 1 (Thursday): Process explanation, team grouping
  - August 6 (Tuesday): Draft of SOP completed, process review
  - August 12 (Monday): Initial process rehearsal
  - August 15 (Thursday): Full rehearsal of simulation visit process, identify improvement issues
  - August 26 (Monday): Final SOP, improvement measures

- On-site Evaluation:
  - October 3 (Thursday): Process explanation, team adjustments, SOP orientation
  - October 8 (Tuesday): Final SOP, process rehearsal
  - October 15 (Tuesday): Actual process rehearsal, review
  - October 18 (Friday): Improvement measures, full rehearsal
  - October 22 (Tuesday): SOP corrections, improvement measures

Interested students should apply by June 10, 2024. Interviews are expected to be scheduled by June 14, 2024, with interviews taking place during the week of June 19, 2024.
