113-1 Semester and Summer Internship Course


Application Period:

- Summer Internship Course: From June 3, 2024, to June 21, 2024 (or 2 weeks before the internship starts)
- 113-1 Semester Internship Course: From June 3, 2024, to August 30, 2024 (excluding national holidays and university-wide summer vacation days)

Application Process:

1. Find an Internship Opportunity:
   - Secure an internship position on your own.

2. Obtain a Faculty Advisor:
   - Find a faculty member from the department to act as your advisor.
   - Complete the attached "Internship Plan" form (Attachment 2), and have it signed by the intern, the advisor (undergraduate students are exempt), and the faculty advisor.

3. Sign the Internship Contract:
   - Explain to the internship company that the internship course requires signing the attached "Internship Contract" form (Attachment 1).
   - Both the company and the intern must sign three copies of the contract (paper form). If the contract needs to be revised or if the company uses a different version, company representatives should contact the College of Management office directly (Liu Yun-Shuan, extension 66066, yunshiuan@ncu.edu.tw).

4. Submit Documents:
   - Prepare the signed "Internship Contract" (three copies, signed by both the company and the intern) and the completed "Internship Plan" form.
   - Submit these documents to the College of Management office on the 6th floor of Zhixi Building during the application period (Liu Yun-Shuan, extension 66066, yunshiuan@ncu.edu.tw).

5. Post-Approval:
   - After approval, a course registration password will be sent to your email after the semester starts. Ensure that you add the course in the system before the registration deadline. (Students taking the summer internship must complete all assignments and required processes during the summer to receive the password for course registration.)
