Elite Leadership Program - Contemporary Political, Economic, and Philosophical Thought Master Forum

The Contemporary Political, Economic, and Philosophical Thought Master Forum invites leading scholars who excel academically and have practical experience in the fields of politics, economics, and philosophy, both domestic and international. These distinguished speakers will explore the origins, current state, and future prospects of global contemporary public issues, opening new leadership perspectives and frameworks for the elite at National Central University.

This semester, the forum consists of six sessions. We welcome all faculty and students to actively participate!

Session 1 
Speaker: Professor Xue Qi, Soochow University and Shih Hsin University 
Topic: Reflections on the Global Political and Economic Shift 
Date: March 12, 2024 (Tuesday) 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM 
Location: Auditorium 
Audience: Faculty and students

Session 2 
Speaker: Professor Yuan Ju-cheng, Department of Philosophy, National Taiwan University 
Topic: The Origins and Distortions of Mixed Eastern and Western Ethics 
Date: March 26, 2024 (Tuesday) 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Session 3 
Speaker: Professor Chen Chun-wen, Graduate Institute of Public Affairs and Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University
